I looked at a car I was interested in on Monday and decided to purchase it. I was told it would be ready within 2 weeks but 5 days later it was ready, that is great customer service in my opinion. Glenn and jo are very nice and explained everything would definitely recommend

Service was excellent and I was made to feel welcome from the first moment I stepped onto their forecourt. All concerns I had with the car I was viewing were acted on and I came away with the car I had been after for a while at a great price. They also took my car off my hands which saved me selling myself privately.

Great Car, Great Service.

Great dealership, I purchased a 2009 Mondeo Titanium with low miles at a very reasonable price. The car has run perfectly so far and feels very solid, with good fuel economy and comfort for longer drives. The service from Glenn Palmer Cars was also very good, I was given plenty of time to inspect and get a feel for the car without being hurried, any questions and concerns were addressed well, and they were very accommodating, ensuring the car was turned around ready for me to collect quickly before I headed away to continue my University studies. I will definitely be recommending them to any friends and family looking for a car in the future.

Buying a car during a pandemic!!

Buying a car during a pandemic, not test driven just seen from the outside. Glenn was very friendly and communicative through emails and made the whole process stress free, highly recommend him and the cars he sells. Glenn put the car through a new mot and had all the advisories done which he didn't have to do. The car had a problem with the radio display which he got fixed straight away through his repairers. Very lovely nan to deal with.

seamless purchase of used car

Difficult buying a car whilst in midst of Covid 19 restrictions. Made easy however by the vendor, and his excellent mechanic fixed a few issues in very quick time. Vendor has good reviews online and they are justified Cannot fault this vendor and would surely use again .

Very impressed with the service I received when purchasing my car. I felt very welcomed into the office and was giving lots of help to find a car that was suited to me. I have often found with car sales they can be rather pushy to make the sale but found nothing of the sorts at Glenn Palmer cars. Very relaxed environment and lovely people to talk to in the office. Very happy with the car I have purchased and will certainly return there to purchase any cars in the future.
